We've just purchased Vantage. How long did your conversion take?
We are getting our final schedule together for our go live date. We have been using Epicor consultants throughout our implementation. We are trying to figure out the best timing for having our final pre-cutover consultant visit. If we have it too late, the consultant may find some critical flaw in our cutover that could derail the whole process. If we have it too early, there may not be enough information for the consultant to make a definitive assessment of our situation. So, how far in advance do you recommend? Too late seems to be the last couple days before cutover. Too early seems to be three weeks before cutover. Our thinking now is one week before cutover. Are we on the right track?

We had our Epicor lead consultant there the week before, and 3 days
after we went live. Wasn't sufficient, but it did add to the 'comfort
factor' in a very stressful time.

So, how far in advance do you recommend? Too late seems to be the
last couple days before cutover. Too early seems to be three weeks
before cutover. Our thinking now is one week before cutover. Are we
