I have a user trying to add a new attachment to a sales order. When I log in I have the NEW button. Her’s is grayed out. I checked her user and the menu item but don’t see any reason fer hers not to work. Any ideas?
Could it be you are trying to add it to the header, while they are adding it to the line?
(Or vice versa)
And only one has attachments enabled.
Any chance it’s as simple as folder or share permissions?
She hadn’t selected a table to add it to yet. Totally didn’t notice
