User Can't View Shipto Data

The personalizations I see for this user account are GlobalOptions for the company where the problem occurs, plus MainMenuHistory and MainMenuLayout. Can I safely purge those? Would those cause wacky problems like this?

Is there any chance he has a Personalisation that got screwed up? Try
deleting it and see if that helps.

I have a user who can¹t view, select, or change ShipTo info from Order
Entry. If I log on as myself I can open the SO and when I search for
ShipTos I get the proper list. I log on as them and the ShipTos are blank.
I tried making them a security manager but that didn¹t help.

I don¹t see anything in my security model that would do this. Field-level
security isn¹t turned on for this table (which I can verify by looking at
the contents of the seccolumn table.

This happens on his workstation and my Citrix server.

I created another account with the same group memberships and rights as
his and I don¹t have this problem. So it is something specific to his
account.

What¹s going on here?
