User Creation (Company Tab) Disabled

Oddly when signing in as the manager account or my own personal admin account in E10. When creating a new user and choosing to associate a company to the new employee. The Company drop down is disabled and gray. I don’t remember running into this before. Is there something I am missing or is it just one of those days? Thanks,

On 9 you have to go with New → company.

Sorry I should have mentioned, there are 2 companies already present. Just confused as to why I can’t select them.

Are you able to switch company by clicking on the upper right hand corner of the home page on the current company name?
