I have a user that is using the desktop client and when he tries to login it gives the error below. I have reinstalled Epicor and tried to login with my credentials and it still gives the error. We are running 2025.2.10. Anyone seen this before and how to get past it?
Just based on the program in the error, I would go their account in User Account Security Maintenance and double-check that they have a language selected:

Could also check their local install (C:\Epicor\Server\Environment\Client\) to make sure they have the Ice.Contracts.BO.LangName.dll file.

He has the correct language and the dll files. Was working fine when he left yesterday and then came in today and this just happened. Makes no sense.
Is he able to login on the web or another computer? I don’t think so but maybe it’s a widget on his home screen?
Yes, he can login with no issues from the browser.
Did you clear the cache? Delete all subfolders from c:\programdata\epicor?
