User Maintenance

I have a user who seems to be missing sales info for a particular sales rep every time the commissions report is run. When I run the report or another person runs it, it works. I have looked at User Security Maintenance and nothing seems to be a problem, what can be done here?

Do you use territory security and if so does the user have access to the territory? I believe a quick way to check is to try and load one of their customers in Customer Tracker, if they don’t have access to the territory it should throw an error saying that.

Hello, than you - where would I enable or clear Territory Security?

I’d make sure you actually want to turn off territory security if that is your intent.

If it is not then I believe you can enable a user to see all territories (if this user needs to see all) under their user profile or you can add them to that Sales Rep’s Authorized User List in the Sales Rep’s Workforce entry.

Look in sales management / customer relationship management / setup /work force.
In order for our users to see all data for all sales reps they need to be an authorized user for that sales person and have all territories checked.
