I started a case on EpicCare since I don’t believe this is something that will be easily solved but I also figured I would post my case here to see if anyone has had a similar issue at my version level or something.
I have a user who had a stack of jobs that she needed to return one material line on each one. She ran all 15 by entering all the required information on the Return Material screen and clicked ok after each entry. The Job would then populate on the “work list” to the left. She would then use the clear button to start a new entry. After completing all 15, only 3 of the returns actually posted and showed up in the parent PN’s transaction history tracker. She closed out of everything and re-opened Epicor and it allowed her to do one more before not processing them again. We were running them one at a time and checking transaction history tracker after each submission and they would never post. I was able to do two back to back after hers were not going through. I’ve had her reboot her PC and that also did not allow these to be processed. I ceased testing this because I don’t want there to be a backlog of transactions that suddenly process against these jobs and over return material.
