Hello.

If you are on the latest few versions at least since 2023.2. Check out Activity Type Maintenance from the menu.
When enabled for type ‘Menu’ by default it will log the number of times a menu has been opened in a month (with settings to control it) and it will group it by Menu ID and ‘style’, Classic or MetaUI (Kinetic UI).
If you log detail too it will also log the date/time and users which can be viewed in Activity tracking Detail.
This actually doesn’t work. When the user launches the screen through the client, activity tracking captures a record for Meta UI and one for classic, so you still have no idea which one they are using. I have a ticket into support about this but no clear answers.
Well. I suppose it would be good if it worked!
I will look to get it tested and raised at about end too.
That’s what I said! And quickly - a year from now it does me no good. I need to know which screens they are using right now.
Another problem is it doesn’t uniquely identify which menu item they clicked, because menu id is not unique in a multi-company/cloud environment.
