Using Staging option on Part Revision - Does it really work?

Update: the updatable dashboard does not work. As mentioned in the thread above, the checkbox is permanent. To fix I did have to delete the revisions and create them again. Epicor support confirmed this too.

@dmaini - did this ever work for you?

Is anyone using this, or is this a feature that teases you but it really doesn’t work?

I created a revision on a part and checked use staging.
Launched Engineering workbench and placed stages on both the operations and the materials.

Approved and checked in the revision.
Went to Job Entry and created a quick job -

No stages appeared, nor was I able to update the job with the stages.

I was trying to uncheck the Staging checkbox because someone checked it by accident. I have never used Staging so I can’t be of much help. I’m sorry.
