Regarding V 5.0 that was just shipped ...

Am I reading the installation notes correctly ?

On the server we have to upgrade from NT 4.0 to NT 5.0 / 2000 ???

We no longer allow attachments to files. To access/share Report Files,
please go to the following link: http://www.egroups.com/files/vantage/
(Note: If this link does not work for you the first time you try it, go to
www.egroups.com, login and be sure to save your password, choose My Groups,
choose Vantage, then choose Files. If you save the password, the link above
will work the next time you try it.)

That would be a typo I'm sure since there is no NT 5.0.

Todd,

I thought the same thing the first time I read the guide. I
also read the SQL Install version, which states NT 4 with
SP 5 or Win 2000. I'm guessing that it's a typo, and it's
going to use NT 4 or Win 2000
.

Todd -

The Progress eMfg can be installed either on NT 4 or 2000.
Last I heard, the SQL eMfg is still being tested on 2000.

An "eTypo" ?

Works for me ... :-)

Guess they didn't do any eProofing of the notes. I wonder what else they
missed ...
