V6.1 - error 567 when trying to print some Purchase Orders

Hi Sue,

Error 567 PAGESIZEOVERFLOW Returned if the total length of the page header
and page footer is greater than the length allotted for a page.

I would pull up the PO, go to print then open crystal and check it with the
data. Looks like this is a design issue in the report.

Regards,

Stephen

Subject: [Vantage] V6.1 - error 567 when trying to print some Purchase
Orders

Our purchasing agent is unable to print some of her purchase orders. It
is specific to one vendor only so it doesn't appear to be Crystal
problem. The error is #567.

Everyone who tries receives the same error for this specific vendor.

Is there a process (like closing a P.O. or making a change in the Vendor
address or contact list) that would cause this problem? I'm hoping
someone can save me time in researching this phenom. ;o) There are no
changes in the Change Log.

Sue
