We do not actively use the Vendor RFQ program in v6.10.541. However, it
appears that at one time, a few of our users had used it, but did not
follow the flow and turn the RFQs into POs, so there are a number of
open RFQs.
I was not able to find any way to "Close" the RFQs other than to delete
them. I even went as far as to change status to "Not Waiting" and/or to
add "$0" values to the lines in question, but the RFQ still did not
close.
I'd like to get these closed before we upgrade at the end of the month.
Has anyone seen this behavior before? I'm pretty sure I could delete
the RFQs with no impact on anything else in the system, but there's
still some history there that I hate to just plain lose...
