V6.x to E9.x Open Job conversion

We are in an identical situation: currently 6.1, investigating 9.05,
have 1100 open jobs. We are paying Epicor & a consultant to do the
database conversion for us and they are doing a test conversion right
now. We sent them a backup of our database, they are applying all
upgrades to it (6->8->9 etc) and will return a database ready for
restore. We have a number of questions about how well the conversion
will work with our data, thus the test run. The plan is to do this over
a weekend for the production cutover.

many open Production Jobs at any one time (couple of thousand). We are
currently on Vantage 6.1 and working on a re-implementation to Epicor
9.xx. Has anyone done a Data Conversion of open Production Jobs from
Vantage 6.0, 6.1 or higher to convert into Epicor 9.xx.

Manual conversion/entry of the data is not an option.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
