Vacation Accrual Report

Is there a report/BAQ available that will tell me how much vacation an employee had available on a particular date? We’re trying to determine whether vacation was accrued for all employees last period, just some, or none. It’s possible that vacation was accrued for employees on a special payroll, but not the regular payroll (which is the opposite of how it should have happened).

Do you have a backup(s) you could restore to a test system and check that way?
As far as I know, there is no history stored for changes to amounts of vacation or sick.

And if forsee this being a recurring issue, if enabling a change log on PREmpMas.VacRemaining, PREmpMas.SickRemaining would work and be good enough going forward? Or in similar cases I added BPM(s) to store prior value and change date in UD fields?

I have an employee that is going to bring his last three paychecks, which include the special payroll. If it accrued on his, I’ll know it accrued on that payroll. Otherwise, I’ll add a week’s worth of accrual to all the employees.

In the future, I have a BAQ that will tell me the current accrued vacation. I’ve added it to my list of weekly reports. At least I’ll be able to tell if it changed from one week to the next.

Edit: I don’t expect it to be a recurring issue, but one never knows.
