Well, for those that did not get a chance to go to the "Vantage 5.1
Customer Utilization Seminar 12/6/01." This item only cost you your
time away from home and in my opinion was well worth that time.
Epicor did a very nice job on setting up the days schedule with
multiple items to share. I my self attended "Transaction Flow of
Vantage," "Vantage IT Round Table," and "Quality Assurance." The
sessions we well rounded in showing you, the new as well as answering
question from past and present versions. I only wish more people
would have attended the "IT Round Table." I just wanted to learn even
more in that area. The end of the day finished with a very good "Open
Forum." That did turn out to be very useful to both us as users as
well as Epicor gaining more information on subjects that have not been
told to Tech Support...The big item that everyone should take serious
if you are currently paying for you maintenance is the latest survey.
This is a VERY BIG item and could use everyone?s attention in filling
it out. Currently if I have the numbers right, they only have
received in 200 surveys as of this week. We did have the opportunity
to meet Mark from Epicor (Product Development Manager/Tech Support),
if I have his title right. Mark did receive many new items to work on
and is open to hearing what other items are out there, "YOU JUST NEED
TO CALL" in and get you name on the list...
