Tim,
There is a setting in the ICA client setup for Windows size. Try using "FULL
SIZE". Might do the trick.

Subject: [Vantage] Vantage 5.2 and terminal server
Author: <vantage@yahoogroups.com>

We are in the process of planning our implementation from 4.0 to 5.2 for
over the holidays and it wasn't until a month or so ago we found out that
Epicor wasn't going to support win95 for 5.2 (which came as a surprise to
us). Anyway, we have about 50 PC's throughout the shop still on that and do
not plan to upgrade these PC's to Win2000 due to hardware limitations on
many of these PCs (not to mention the cost) we are looking at either taking
the chance and continue to run them on Win95 (at least to start with - the
only problem I have seen is an initial log in error but I'm leery there will
more) or moving them all to terminal server or Citrix. We'd prefer to just
move them all to terminal server since the licenses are still free on NT
4.0 but have seen issues with window sizing in using it with Vantage in the
past - some screens get cut off, etc.
From what I have seen, it seems that if you have the display resolution on
the PC set at 800x600 (which all these PC's use now - they all have small
14" touch screen monitors), the Vantage screens all appear normally when
running a normal Vantage session. If you load terminal server client on the
PC, however, and connect with a session that has a display setting of
800x600 (which would be the max with your PC display set at that), the
terminal server session cuts off some of the screens and you have to scroll.
It looks like if you set all of these PC displays at 1024x768 and connect
with a terminal server session at the same settings, it's not a problem but
with these small monitors, it makes it a lot more difficult to see and use
the touch screens at this setting. Has anyone experienced any of these
screen sizing issues using Vantage and terminal server and if so, how did
you work around it? Are there some type of standard display settings that
should be used with Vantage and terminal server?
