Vantage 6.1 email to 2003 mail server

Hi Greg,

Have you used global alerts before? The Vantage Process server must be running, and the Global Alerts Process must be started.

What steps have you taken so far?

I have Vantage 6.1 set to send email global alerts to an SMTP server running on a Windows 2003 R2 server, but it is failing and saying in the Global Alert Message Error Log that Vantage is "Not able to access the Mail Server".

It looks like a fairly straight forward install, but I must be missing something. Can anybody that currently has this working offer any suggestions?
