Vantage 6.1 Help issue with only my Citrix clients

I have tried seemingly everyway possible to change the registry value
for the Vantage / Internet explorer issue on my Citrix box
(ITSRestrictions value 4). I have used utility programs (simple
registry GUI). I have gone through Add / Remove programs, and made the
change. I have used the command prompt and change user /install
command, and made the registry change.



What happens is every time I hit the [HELP] on any of the screens within
Vantage, the help screen appears with some kind of weird index value
showing in the index tab, the screen closes, and blows the user out of
Vantage.



Like I said this only affects my 8 Citrix users. Any suggestions.
