Just did the same thing on the night from thursday to friday, and no
errors

Ok, I went up to the latest patch (Vantage and Progress with hotfix) I could
get last night.
Now I can't get into Menu Security (gives OCX error). Can anyone confirm
that this is a patch related issue vs. an oopsee by me during the upgrade?

My bad, while waiting for support on the phone, on a whim, I ran the
unregocx.bat and then instocx.exe from within the ocx directory and things
are happy again.
Bill just got his "call of the day" with the answer be reported to him along
with the problem.
Sorry for the waste of time of the first post. (for that matter this one
also)

We went to patch 526 & the latest service pack & hotfix of Progress a
couple of weeks ago. We have not had any problems getting into menu
security, but we've had some other problems. The biggest problem is
our Stock Status Reports do not run correctly. They don't display all
of the part numbers & it subtotals some part numbers but not others.
It's really weird. We are also having problems splitting jobs.

I've tried dumping & reloading our database as well as reindexing the
database, but nothing has worked thus far. Vantage currently has a
copy of my database, but I have heard nothing back from them so far.
