Vantage 6.10 - Strange issue - NEED HELP!

Ok, I have the oddest thing happening with Vantage 6.10 and need some serious help....support hasn't been much help.

System info: Progress DB, Users connect to a TS with roaming profile, multiple TS servers (tried them all)

Issue: I have two user (only ones I know of) then got to Part File Maintenance and search for a PartNum (only some not all PartNums) the search results are coming up funny.

For example they will search for 151019 and in the results will show all PartNums that start with 151019-xxx and then one that shows 151011-xxx but when you open the audit log it shows the correct PartNum 151019-xxx and vise versa.

I have recreated the roaming profile, put them on different TS's, and verified no profile was still on the TS. I cleaned out the MFGWRK file.

It is almost like the search is staying cached. I can't reproduce it when I log into any server. I even updated my training DB and trying to reproduce it there. NO LUCK.

I am at a loss if anyone can help me let me know and I will email you some screen shots of the issue and what Epicor told me to try. Epicor thinks it is Customer Part Reference issue...I don't know that I agree on that.
