Vantage 6 to Epicor 9.05 mid month

We went from 8=>9 in the middle of the year with no issues. Not quite as
large of a jump, but for what it's worth...

We are seriously considering upgrading from Vantgae 6 to Epicor 9.05 in the middle of July 2011 - this is in the middle of a fiscal period for us. Has anyone performed a conversion mid month and if so did you experience any problems.
