Thank you Patty. We don't do rework so not sure why our consultant thinks this will fix our problems...
If anyone does install the patch on and 8.00. system here is a FYI:
I installed the patch last night. There is an error on page 7 of the installation guide (step 3.2) it says to run three sql conversions which do not exist.
The instructions are referencing Vantage 8.03 and not 8.00
It took about 5 hours to run the data conversions on our database (5.5GB)
