Vantage 8.03.403 Speed

One example is it taking around 40 seconds to start Vantage on the
client end, where it used to take under 20. I have looked at the
server tuning, but have not seen anything for the client end. I am
going to look for that now.

I am still having speed issues over here. Just looking if anyone has
any ideas on where to look. CPU on client is never over half utilized
when opening any form, generally stays under 15% Not even using
quarter of the memory on the PC. Drives have been defragged,
autoprotect disabled, not running AV scans on the client folder.
There is almost no utilization of processor or RAM on server either.
I thought maybe my network but everything else seems to be OK I have
not eliminated this yet. Any other sugguestions from anyone?
Just an idea. If you have dual network adapters ensure you are not
bridging them. Use only one, team them or set them up for load
balancing but do not bridge under any circumstances.

Just wondering a couple of things.
Can you give an example of something that takes too long?

Also, I am assuming you have tried all the things listed on the tech
tip from the EPICWeb already?
