It is either for the order in which the subassemblies were added or the
order in which the subassemblies are chronological to assembly 0.
Because each subassembly can be assigned to a parent assembly (which
could be a subassembly), the job entry or tracker will nest them making
it difficult to expand them in the tree view. There might be an option
in the tree view to list them (un-nested) by using the DisplayOrder
field. Which by-the-way is not a field in the table, so you cannot do
much with it outside of Job Entry or Tracker.
