Hi George

Thank You for the recommendations could you elaborate on the process of deleting the entire Epicor folder and then download it to get a fresh client.
I don’t understand that process

All users are seeing this issue it is not just an individual client

You can do a re-index and speed it up which is easier than a D&L. I would also Cache the form to make it open faster. Look for any BPM's that may be set up on "Create" new orders. Delete the entire client Epicor folder and then download it again to get a fresh client.

This is what I would try.

Hi everyone,

Has anyone had an issue with long delay times to open Sales Order Entry screen.
Even in Base mode it can take as long as 8 min to open the screen, after a dump and load much faster but shouldn’t have to do that process every 2 weeks
