Vantage 8.03 - Reports

When you customize the report do you save it as something else and leave
the original alone?

One of the first things I do for a customer is to create a subfolder of
the reports. Any custom or customized reports go in there. If I create a
custom PO, I copy the PO Form to the custom folder and work with that
report. This is for two reasons:

1.
I have a place to go back to
2.
Any updates to the system will not overwrite my changes.

If you need the original PO form, give support a call, I am sure they
will send you one.

I was tweaking the printing of POs and corrupted something. When I
printed PO#8 it was a blank page. Created a new PO #9, it printed
correctly. I deleted all the xml files in my user reports folder.
Retrieved PO#8 to print. It was blank. PO#9 printed fine.

Is there another place that reports are saved? I'm still implementing
Vantage; however, if this was a real situtation, how I would produce
or regenerate the report?
