I just executed a standard report in Vantage but I couldn’t find export option to save as a PDF.
If I recall from my V8 days, there are some reports that render differently. They don’t have a Crystal report that you can modify. And the viewer is more limited (like you show).
The tell tale sign of these reports is that the font was always monospaced.

@ckrusen is right. This is a text only report. You can save as a TXT (or possibly a DOC) file. If you must have a pdf, you will have to print it to a virtual PDF printer.
