Vantage 8 Filter option on Picklist returning zero results

I have one user account who can't do a filter search for Sales Orders
and Transfer Orders when printing pick tickets.

I checked the security settings and even did a walkthrough with Epicor
support to try and figure this out.

I even went so far as deleting and recreating the account and still
getting the same result.

What's even weirder is the user can print or preview the open tickets,
she just can't apply a filter against them.
