When in developer mode right click on the main dashboard in the left
window

Go to properties and you can set the refresh properties

Hope this helps

That solves one problem, but I still have an issue with the actual data
in the report is not refreshing with the latest sales data. I get the
same issue when I open up the reports directly in Crystal. I have to do
an F5 to refresh the data displaying in the preview of the report. Is
there any way to get the reports both in Crystal and on the Dashboard to
refresh themselves automatically? Otherwise the data is not dynamic. I
might as well print out the reports at that point...

Open the dashboard and go into developer mode. Then go to

Subject: [Vantage] Vantage 805 Dashboards and Crystal Report

We are currently running Vantage 8.03.305K. I have created a Dashboard
to display Shipment vs Sales Quota. I have setup 4 report views on the
dashboard however, the data appears to be static from the point the
report was linked to the dashboard. Is there any way to get the data to
refresh automatically when the dashboard is opened? Or is this something
I need to setup in Crystal Reports before I link the report?

Any help on this one would be appreciated.

Thank You,

Don't save your data in Crystal Reports (on the file menu). That way
it always has to go and get the data.
