You can access the database conversions through the Epicor admin tools. This is best done on a 32bit server running the Epicor Server software. If you are running the epicor server on a 64bit server then you need to install the admin tools on a 32bit workstation with Open Edge 32bit installed. Once you verify that you have access to the Epicor Admin tools then you can select database conversions from the menu that appears. The conversion that you are looking for is number 6880 opportunity/quote conversion for CRM. I believe you need to start and stop the application server for your environment after running these conversions. Let me know if you have any questions.
