has anyone succefully used the app. i really want to use this but its proving more difficult than i thought. i have set up the webservice. i used the tester and gotten results back from the web services but when i sign into the app, and click company i get an error that it returned no data. I know someone "karen" installed it and was using 8.03.409c. help?
