Vantage - Can you export BAQ results as CSV in E9?

Hi,

It is there, but it looks messier than using a dahsboard and copying results to Excel and saving the Excel doc as a CSV.

Unless you can set up a menu item to export the file with all of the presets set such a swhich BAQ, what file type, what file name etc.

Thanks anyway.

Â
Chris - You may already be aware of this; in 803 we have the Business
Activity Query Export Process it's located in the Utilities folder. I hope
it's in 9 if not we won't be going to it anytime soon.

I have some BAQ results which I would like to export as a CSV and be able to
add this functionailty soe any one can do the same with the BAQ in question.

How can I export a BAQ to a CSV file?

Obviously a long winded way is to Make a dashboard from the BAQ and copy and
paste the results into excel then save the excel file as a CSV, but it's
hardly the streamlined approach.

Since you have a BAQ, just create a Crystal Report. The Crystal Report
can then be exported to Excel, CSV or several other options.

Its pretty much six and two threes whether I add the BAQ to a Dashboard then copy the dashboard to excel then save as a CSV or do the way you suggested.
