Vantage consultant needed for custom HelpDesk implementation


I work for a company located in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area, and
we are currently looking for a consultant for a customized
implementation of the Vantage HelpDesk module. Also, if you have
already implemented a customized version of Helpdesk, and contracted
someone for any customizations, who did you use, and were you satisfied
