Vantage Documentation

"Oh you don't have to upgrade but if your down two rev. levels we don't support
your software anymore."

Unless there has been a recent policy change I don't think that the above is a
true statement. I know they would like all users to be on or near the current
release for support reasons but if you are on an old release they should still
support you.

Does anyone else feel like they are having there money sucked out of them
by Vantage?

I go to do an upgrade to 5.1 and after talking to Vantage I will need to buy
pre-consulting
to prepare for the upgrade and then post consulting to make sure we have it
running correctly and that
the new procedures are done correctly.

Five thousand dollars every time I upgrade? (of course this is on top of a
$25,000.00 maintenance fee)

Oh you don't have to upgrade but if your down two rev. levels we don't support
your software anymore.

Ooooo I am so upset!
