My company is looking into implementing Bar coding for our
shipping/receiving and inventory initially. Then moving on to
utilizing it in other parts of the system like on our Job Travelers.
I was just curious if anyone else had done this recently and if they
had any tips/potential pitfalls that you could offer.
We're running the most current version of Vantage. 8.X , but we don't
have any bar coding in place as of yet, but we're planning on using
bartender and linking it with vantage.
We're trying to do this in real time, not batch counting and then
uploading it at the end of the day.
