I set up our W2K3 TS to include a domain group 'Terminal Services
Users' to be part of the local machine's Power Users Group (for
printing purposes mostly) Flash player installs OK for them and I set
Flash Security Settings Control Panel
(http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/s
ettings_manager.html) to always allow content from \\<servername
here>\epicor\mfgsys80\help
people authorized to connect to the TS are added to the domain group
and so far, knock on wood, help is working OK
Bernie.

once you remove the privilege the Flash add-in stops working.
