Vantage - Integrate Phone System & Screen Popping

Has anyone successfully written anything to link in with your phone system so it will use the CLID and screen pop the customer's record for the contact/customer who is calling.

We are looking at Mitel and Avaya phone systems. They have this feature, but as standard they dont incorporate with Vantage/Epicor 9, they only link in with more standard CRM products.

It would be good if it would just put a box on the PC screen or phone screen with the customer or contacts name who is calling, or if it popped up the customer name in customer tracker.

They come with their own databases - is there anyway to export the customer/custcnt table on a regular basis to their database so it is regularly updated.

Any information on this whatsoever would be greatly appreciated.
