Quotes, Parts, Jobs are all separate, You can mark a job as a temple the GET
DETAILS from a Job to a part.

Hi,
We were experimenting with jobs today in Vantage 6.1.
We added some parts that did not yet exist in the parts master to our job.
Later in the engineering workbench, we wanted to make a new assembly and get
details from this job.
We discovered that the parts with no parts master file did not come into our
new assembly.
This raised some questions for us.
Where is this data stored? Not in the PARTS table I gather.
Does anybody create a job and then turn it into a BOM later?
What about quotes? Are they the same?
Also, we added some sub-assemblies to a job & couldn't assign bubble
numbers.
Anybody else notice that?
