I'm with Vic. Multiple TS sessions would be the way to go.
Just make sure they are set up to be clearly labeled on the task bar.

To toggle between companies you must log in to the full Vantage client,
switch companies, and then re-login to Vantage MES. Unfortunately it's
bound to a computer vs. a session.
The only trick I've used in the path is via terminal services or
VMWare.... Running multiple computers (essentially) from one computer.
