Vantage Promotion Procedures

I'm not looking to sell promotion procedures, I need to write them.
As we develop a customization, bpm, report etc., we will need to
export from our Dev server and import into our Test server. Then when
ready, import that code into Production.

What I'm looking for are any documented procedures for performing
these activities within a Vantage 8.03 environment.

We are approaching our go-live date and need to develop promotion
procedures for customizations, bpm's, reports, forms etc. Does anyone
have any documentation or insights they can share on this topic? We
are a public company subject to annual SOX audits.

Thanks, Tim
We are approaching our go-live date and need to develop promotion
procedures for customizations, bpm's, reports, forms etc. Does anyone
have any documentation or insights they can share on this topic? We
are a public company subject to annual SOX audits.

Thanks, Tim

You may want to give a more detailed explanation by "promotion procedures".
What kind of product do you sell and to whom? Are these free samples? Trials?
Extended terms? Any concrete real-world examples might jar some suggestions
from the group.
