Vantage - Sales Rep On Order Problem

The rep is not going to change for any existing orders. Neither will the
customer. You will need to update your customers for the orders to enter
correctly. The defaults are from the customer. Any open orders should be
updated as well so that packers and invoices come out correctly.

Subject: [Vantage] Vantage - Sales Rep On Order Problem

Here's a scenario we are having problems with... We
have sales territories set-up within Vantage, with a
particular sales person listed as the "primary" - (our
sales territories only have one rep per...)

Any hoo', when territories change or a rep leaves and
is replaced, even though we change it under the CRM
Sales Territory Maintenance, when we enter orders,
print invoices, etc..., it always reverts back to the
rep that had been there before. This then requires a
lot of manual changes for accuracy, and I'm guessing
there is somewhere else that needs updated that I'm
missing.

Please help!

Hi,

I'm looking to move data from the AccessLog table which is holding
records for time in and out for employees into Labolhed table in
Vantage;
the AccessLog table keeps records for time in and out separately for
each employee but I want to move into the labolhed table as a pair (in
and out) on the same record.

Have any one done some thing like this before? I need your advice on
how to start.

Thank you
