We are experiencing an issue with some of our users not being able to
access Customer Maintenance records. One of our users that are having
the issue is marked as a security manager with full access to Vantage
(this has not changed in the last 12 months). Below is the error we
encountered.

Exception caught in: Epicor.Mfg.BO.Customer

So far i have found that it has only happened to 2 users. Does anyone
know how this may have happened or have had similar problems? I have
tested adding a new user to Vantage but i would rather not do this as
i will have to reset each users security access.
Any help will be appreciated.

but no others.

If a user is NOT an Authorised User of ANY Sales Reps he/she has
access to all customers, but once they become an Authorised User
