There is a readily available program called Laser Link for printing W2's it
is under $100.00 and works very well. They even sell updates every year and
things like employee and adresses transfer over from the previous year.
First time you use it you will have to key in all informaiton but later
years it will be easy.

Office Max sells this of the shelf.
