Vatnage 8.03.409C: Purchase Advisor Issues?!?!?

Is anyone have issues with Purchase Advisor? We are having an error on two parts, as of right now. I simply enter in the PartNum: '1' or '2' (Please don't ask why the part name, which may be the problem) and then the error comes up. Here is the error.
