Is there a way to pull fields from a VB Form into Report Builder? I
have a form set up using the Vendor table, and want to show the data
entered from the form in a Report Builder report; but, can't find
where the data is stored.

TIA

Should be in the Vendor table. The following is from VB Form help screen:
"The data entered in fields you create through VB Forms is stored with
field names of Character01, Date01, etc. in several of Vantage's various
data tables."

Open the VB form in Forms Design, double-click on the fields and it will
show you the database field names they're linked to in the Vendor Table.
The fields will always be Character01-10, Number01-10, Date01-05, or
Checkbox01-05 depending on the field type. The VB form links them
automatically when you add a field to the form.
