Vendor open to buy limits - Anyone?

I don't know of anything built in that will do that. It wouldn't be to
difficult to accomplish via BPM or something though.

Does anyone know of functionality (either base or add-on) that allows us to set open to buy limits on our Vendors? We want to be able to limit the total PO $ amount that be open with each vendor at any given time.
