We are gearing up for ISO certification and are looking for reports that
people may be generating to evaluate vendors. On-time delivery and such. I
have seen come that give summary information on the Customer side when
looking at certain time frames but was wondering if any one had one like
this on the vendor side. What are other people using to evaluate vendors
besides delivery performance and number of defects? Any information would be
a help.
