Hello Vantage Land,
I recently had Version 5.0 loaded on my workstation to do some advance
preparation for
our migration. We are currently on Version 4.0
Since then I cannot complete a fax if I have Vantage logged on.
The fax software is Fax Sr. from OMtool.
At one time I thought it was the purchase order form that caused it, but now
it simply won't
complete a send if Vantage is logged on.
If I uninstall 5.0 will this return to normal? What happens when we do
migrate to 5.0 for good?
Tech support was not helpful. They "don't support the third party...yadda
yadda yadda." you can fill in the rest.
Any pearls of wisdom are welcome.
