Version 5.0 Customer rev in sales order line

Try this. Change the customer part to something entirely different. Then click ok to the Line.

Next, change the customer part / rev to what is desired. I think it will 'stick' now.

Hope this helps.

Mike

Subject: [Vantage] Version 5.0 Customer rev in sales order line

We have an old sales order which we keep adding new releases to as more
parts arrive. The part rev has changed a few time during the life of the
order. This year the customer rev also changed.

The problem is that even though we select the most recent rev level when
entering a new line, the customer part rev still shows the original rev C
(it should be F now, and is there in part master.)

Is this a glitch? We've never seen this happen till now.
