In multi-company environments in the cloud, when running Multi-Company Direct Server Process, there is not the ability to split or manage the size of the server logs. The logs will continue forever, eventually reaching a size that crashes Epicor on retrieval. This occurs regardless if you have basic or verbose logging turned on. The log just fills up faster if you have verbose on. There should be a way to automatically split the logs daily, weekly or monthly, similar to MRP, so we don’t have to work through support to truncate the logs in order to download them when there is a problem.
